Yiwen AI provides cultural personality insights, relationship insights, compatibility analysis, and an AI advisor, based on traditional Chinese cultural frameworks combined with AI. The Service is provided for personal growth and entertainment reference only — see our Disclaimer.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

• Paid plans (Explorer+ / Inner Circle) are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime from your account or the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period, followed by a 7-day grace period.
• Prices are shown in USD and may exclude applicable taxes, which LemonSqueezy may add.

If you are charged in error or are unsatisfied, contact support@yiwen-ai.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith. Refunds are processed via LemonSqueezy. Statutory consumer rights (including EU/UK withdrawal rights) are unaffected.

• Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its API.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or discriminatory purposes.
• Do not submit another person’s personal data without authorization.

The Service, including its content and software, is owned by us and our licensors. Your generated profiles are yours to use personally; you grant us a limited license to process them to provide the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Insights are not professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
