Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 16, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Yiwen AI (“we”, “us”, operated by Huakai Engine Technology Co., Ltd.) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit yiwen-ai.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We also use local storage and session storage— browser APIs that work similarly but are not sent automatically with every HTTP request. In this policy, “cookies” refers to cookies and these comparable technologies unless stated otherwise.

2. Cookies We Use

These are essential for the site to function. Without them, core features cannot work.

Third-party cookies

When you click Subscribe or Checkout, you are redirected to LemonSqueezy (our payment processor). LemonSqueezy may set its own cookies to process payments securely. We do not control those cookies — see LemonSqueezy's privacy policy.

We do not use advertising, retargeting, or social-media tracking cookies on yiwen-ai.com.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR / UK GDPR)

  • Strictly necessary: legitimate interest / contractual necessity — required to provide the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
  • Functional storage: your consent when you use features that store preferences (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), or legitimate interest for non-sensitive UX improvements.

4. How to Manage or Delete Cookies

  • Browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies under Settings → Privacy. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent login and profile features from working.
  • Clear site data:in Chrome/Edge/Firefox, use “Clear browsing data” or site settings for yiwen-ai.com to remove local storage.
  • Sign out: clicking Sign Out removes yiwen_token and yiwen_user from your browser.

5. Do Not Track

We do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals because there is no industry standard for compliance. We minimize tracking by design and do not sell your data.

6. Changes & Contact

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Questions? Contact privacy@yiwen-ai.com.
